the staff was lovely. they were informative and helpful. my room was clean and large with ample space. i found things i needed easily, such as a fan, heater, ironing board, iron, and a big wardrobe.
my window was missing a panel. i could hear everything from outside and felt very cold. the hotel did provide an extra heater for the room. bins were located in the back alley and people were crashing and banging them between 2-3 am.
