Seafront Stay, A Detailed Look
breakfast buffet parking upgrade easy check-in friendly staff
The breakfast buffet included many choices and hot items were nicely prepared. I got an upgrade for parking because my room did not include a sea view. Check-in and check-out were easy, I also could validate my parking for a longer period after checking out (that was helpful!). The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.
The room's climate control was not working, so a plug-in heater was provided.

The location is great, it is a short walk from main attractions. The hotel is located directly across the road from the beach, this makes access very easy. (The view was calming!).

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the entire hotel. The team ensured I had everything needed for a relaxing and productive trip. I was happy with the responsiveness and positive attitude of every employee I met.

i found the room service prompt. the food was nice. the beds were very comfortable (i slept like a log).
the lift was quite small, made using it with luggage a bit challenging.

helpful staff early check great location broken door broken lift narrow staircase
the staff was really helpful upon my arrival. they allowed me to check in early. breakfast was lovely. the location was great for exploring.
the main entrance doors were not working. the parking lift also wasn't working. the staircase was too narrow. it only accommodated one person at a time.

decent stay
helpful staff large room ample space missing panel extra heater noisy bins
the staff was lovely. they were informative and helpful. my room was clean and large with ample space. i found things i needed easily, such as a fan, heater, ironing board, iron, and a big wardrobe.
my window was missing a panel. i could hear everything from outside and felt very cold. the hotel did provide an extra heater for the room. bins were located in the back alley and people were crashing and banging them between 2-3 am.

breakfast had good variety. the room included complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer. there was convenient luggage storage available after i checked out.
one of the elevators was out of service (causing longer wait times).
